Your Google listing, reviews & newsletter — handled.
Built for busy independent owners who don't have time for this stuff. You run your business — I keep your Google presence current, answer every review in your voice, and send a monthly email to your customers, all remotely, while you're serving customers, on a job, or behind the chair.
No contracts. Month to month. · No passwords shared — you add me as a manager. · No sales calls — everything by email.
“Waited a long time and nobody seemed to care…”
I'm sorry about the wait — that's not the experience we want anyone leaving with. Please tell me when you came in so I can look into it and make it right.
“Best experience we've had in months. We'll be back.”
Thank you — that means a lot to the whole team. Hope we see you again soon.
From Jameson's Original Charhouse in Arlington Heights, IL — the restaurant I operate and market myself, where this service started. This service is that same work, done for your business.
Who it's for
For the local mom-and-pop shops that don't have the time.
Not chains. Not franchises with a corporate marketing team. This is for independent, family-run businesses where the owner is also the cook, the plumber, the stylist, or the person at the counter — and the Google listing is the last thing there's time for. A restaurant, a dental practice, and a small plumbing company all live or die by the same three things: a current listing, reviews that get answered, and staying in touch with past customers.
60-second self-check
How healthy is your listing right now?
Answer honestly. If you answer “No” to any of these, that's a place where a customer comparing you to a better-kept listing has a reason to choose them instead.
Answer the six questions above and you'll get a straight read on where your listing stands — and what I'd fix first.

Everything a busy owner means to do — actually done.
Made for independent owners who are already doing three jobs at once. No dashboard to learn, no app to check. Drafts come to your phone, you tap approve, it goes out.
Every review answered
Google reviews replied to within 1–2 days, written in your voice — warm on the 5-stars, calm and specific on the tough ones. Nothing templated, nothing that sounds like a robot.
Listing kept current
Hours, holiday hours, services / menu / booking link, photos, and attributes kept up to date — plus a monthly Google post for specials, offers, events, and seasonal pushes.
Listing protection
I watch for the problems most owners find out about too late: wrong hours, duplicate listings, ownership and access issues, and sudden review spikes.
Monthly email newsletter
One clean email a month to your customer list — specials, offers, seasonal reminders, events, and holidays. Written, built, and sent for you, from your own email platform account and in your business's name. Heads up: if your platform charges for email, that fee is separate from my price — see Pricing and the FAQ below.
Monthly report, plain English
Rating, new reviews, what was answered, what went out, and anything that needs your eyes. One short email — no logins, no charts to decode.
Social posts, handled too
A weekly set for Facebook, Instagram, and your Google profile — captions and hashtags written, ready to post or posted for you.
The proof — where it started
I'm not an agency. This started with my own restaurant.
Jameson's Original Charhouse is an independent steakhouse in Arlington Heights. Everything offered here is work already running there, every week — now applied to local businesses of all kinds.
What that looks like in practice
- A Google listing that was suspended and hit by an ownership problem — reinstated, secured, and monitored so it doesn't happen again
- Reviews answered across Google and the other major platforms, in a voice customers actually respond to
- A customer email list grown to 6,500+ subscribers, with a monthly newsletter for specials, holidays, and events
- Weekly social posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google — planned around what customers actually book for
- 2,095 Google reviews and counting, on a listing that stays current through every holiday and schedule change
Owners don't need another marketing lecture. They need the reviews answered, the hours right, and the email sent — by someone who runs a local business himself.
That's the whole idea behind Main Street Handled. It's run by George Boulougouris, operator of Jameson's Original Charhouse — the person who'll be doing your work, not a call center or a rotating account manager.
That's also why this stays small on purpose. I take a limited number of businesses so every reply still sounds like your business — not copy-paste.

Month to month · No setup fee · No contract · You own your listing, your list, and everything produced for you
One possible extra, stated up front: the prices above cover my work only. Newsletters are sent from your email platform account (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Square, BentoBox, or similar). If that platform charges for email, you pay them directly, on your own card — I never mark it up or bill it through me. Many small businesses already have email bundled into something they're paying for and pay $0 extra. If you need a platform from scratch, a small list is typically free to about $20/month. It only climbs toward ~$60/month at a much larger scale — thousands of subscribers and around 10,000 sends a month.

Straight answers
Questions owners actually ask
Do we ever need to meet or get on a call?
No. Selling, starting, and the monthly work all happen by email. Access is a Google manager invite from your phone, drafts come to your phone, and your report is one short email a month. If you ever want a call, we can — it's just never required.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You add me as a manager on your Business Profile. You stay the owner, you see everything I do, and you can remove access in seconds at any time.
Will the review replies sound like me — or like a robot?
Like you. Before anything goes out, I learn how your business talks: what you call customers, what you're known for, what you'd never say. Early replies are drafted for your approval; once you trust the voice, you can let standard replies post automatically and only see the sensitive ones.
What if a review is fake, or about the wrong location?
It happens — including to my own business. I'll flag it, report it through Google's process where it qualifies, and draft a reply that calmly clears it up for future readers in the meantime.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. Month to month, cancel by email, and you keep your listing, your email list, and everything created for you. Founding clients keep the $149 rate for as long as they're clients.
Do I pay anything else besides your monthly price?
Possibly one thing — and I want it clear before you sign up, not after. Your monthly newsletter is sent from your own email platform account, in your business's name — platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Square, or BentoBox. If that platform charges for email sending, that is their fee, not mine: you pay them directly on your own card, I don't mark it up, and it is never buried in my price. Many small businesses pay $0 extra because email is already bundled into a platform they're using (Square, Toast, a website builder, or an email service they signed up for years ago and never use). If you have no platform at all, a small customer list is typically free to about $20/month. The cost only grows as your list does — around $60/month is the large end, for thousands of subscribers and roughly 10,000 sends a month. Before we start, I'll tell you exactly which case you're in, so there are no surprises.
I don't have an email list for a newsletter. Is Core still worth it?
Yes — the listing and review work is the core of it. And starting the list is part of the service: a simple signup line on your receipts, invoices, and website is how my restaurant's list grew to 6,500+. We'll build yours the same way.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Independent, local mom-and-pop businesses — not chains or franchises. Restaurants and cafés, dental and medical practices, salons and barbers, home services like small plumbing companies, HVAC and electricians, auto shops, realtors, and local retail. It started with my own restaurant, but if you're a busy independent owner and customers find you on Google, this is built for you.
I'm a chain or franchise location — is this for me?
Probably not the best fit. This is built for independent owners who make their own decisions and don't have a corporate marketing team handling this for them. If that's you, you're exactly who this is for.
